I ordered this shed and was told it would be delivered with my free gift by Royal Mail on Tuesday - Tuesday at 7pm after waiting in all day the parcel arrived and it was JUST my free gift. The following day I was at a hospital appointment and so IF I had been told it was coming then I would have reassigned another date. Contacted Living and Home who told me it didnt say they were both on that delivery so I showed them the invoice that they had sent me and it did - husband phoned up and was told it might come Friday or it might be Sunday!! I had organised workers to put the shed up Saturday and Sunday but it didnt arrive until 3pm on Sunday meaning 2 days off work as holidays were needed for my husband and the worker had to be paid for extra days as well!!! The worst service I have ever had from a company who try to wriggle out of things on the phone and via email. They also lied saying that it had tried to be delivered on the Thursday - I was in all day sat near my window for 4 days and nothing arrived until Sunday tracking also showed it was never sent on the Thursday as that is the day it arrived back at their warehouse. They kept telling me it would be there within 3-5 working days - well obviously Sunday is a working day if that was when it was delivered!! I would avoid this company at al costs, as even though the shed is up and perfect it does nothing for the upset, stress and hurt me and my husband have been put through for a week of our lives and it has done nothing for my ASD as dates were not kept, lies were told and nothing ran smoothly.

However, we completely understand that the changing delivery information and the separate arrival of the free gift caused inconvenience and disappointment.
Please note that the Sunday delivery and the carrier’s delivery scheduling were arranged directly by the courier as part of their operational process. We sincerely apologise for the confusion caused by the tracking updates and communication during transit.

Was worried it would look a bit cheap but fit my decor perfectly. A dark moody room and the led lamps give a nice moody glow. It looks well made and I would say price is about right.
