You can check the tracking number of your order by logging into your account on the "My Orders" page. Once your parcel has been dispatched, the tracking number will be uploaded to our store's website.
If you have received the item and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return costs.The return cost is dependent on your item value(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It has taken me months to find the right pendants for our lounge and these are stunning, so glad I ordered them. They are well made and come with the right bulb too.
Love these! They look gorgeous in my through lounge, one each end. Great quality too. I have changed the bulb, which came with it, to a bigger bulb (same type) and they look even better.
