I'm shocked at how poor the parts have been pressed/made & the overall dire quality of this item.
None of the supporting parts/legs initially supported the fire tray, bowls and grills. This is obviously a serious fire and injury risk as the fire bowl falls away from the legs/base.
Fortunately, I was able to adjust and align the support parts so that this grill is now safe to use i.e. the fire bowl won't fall out. The overall structure is very weak/thin. I have used load spreading washers so that the legs and sides won't deform. The lid for the handle doesn't align with contour of the lid. Again, I used load spreading washers to ensure the handle doesn't deform/come away from the lid. The instructions are contradictory. The user guide states don't build the fire with wood but then states build the fire pyramid on the base grill with charcoal or wood.

Kitchen lampshade it is exactly as advertised and although for some reason the courier returned the item a replacement was sent very quickly. I am so pleased with this as it goes with te other wood in this room.
I ordered a £100 ceiling light which was delivered and left outside behind my bins during rainy weather. I contacted customer service because the item is electrical and I was concerned about possible water damage. While responses have been polite, the company has so far refused to provide a prepaid return and has asked me to cover return costs unless I can prove the item is faulty. I have explained to them that my concern is not visible cosmetic damage but potential water ingress into an electrical product after it was left exposed to rain The matter remains unresolved and has been escalated through PayPal. I will update this review when a final resolution is reached.
