If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs.(We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)

However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If we need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods.

Operation Guide
- Clean all stones before use.
- Fill the water reservoir with hot water and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Place stones in a bowl, cover them with hot water for 3-4 minutes.
- Empty the water reservoir, place a towel inside, add the stones, and pour in hot water.
- Confirm that the water temperature is within the range of 49 to 60°C.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
- Press the Power Button to turn on the heater.
- Press the +/- Buttons to set the desired temperature; long press for quicker adjustment.
- Red "Heat" light indicates heating; green light and a beep indicate that the temperature is ready.
- Allow stones to sit for a while to ensure even heat penetration.
- Use the scoop to remove stones; ensure a comfortable temperature before handling.
- After completing the operation, press the Power Button to turn off the heater.
- Unplug the heater from the wall socket.
- The heater auto-shuts down after 6 hours if not unplugged.

- This appliance is for household and indoor use only.
- Surfaces may become hot during use.
- Avoid replacing the heater or its cord or plug in any liquid.
- Close supervision is required when children are near the heater.

- Wipe the heater base unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base unit in water.
