If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs.(We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
It is recommended that you contact our customer service department within one week of receiving your shipment.
However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If we need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods.

- The Version B (9 Flame Colours) provides 9 flame colours with 5 brightness settings and a temperature range of approximately 16.7°C to 27.8°C for a relaxing heat experience.
Both models are equipped with a remote control for easy operation and support either recessed installation or freestanding placement, making them versatile for any home layout.
