If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs.(We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)

However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. - Dust can be removed bu lightly wiping the glass surface with clean, lint free cloth or paper towel. To remove fingerprints or other marks, use a damp cloth with a good quality household glass cleaner. The front glass panel should be completely dried before reusing the heater.
