If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs.(We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)

However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If we need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods.

- Press the Power Button to turn on.
- Press or hold the Flame Button to set the desired flame effect.
- Press the Heater Button to set the temperature and the heater turns on.
- The third time you press the Heater Button will turn the fan off.
- Press the Timer Button to set the running time.
- Press the Color Button to change colour on remote only.
- Hold the Color Button for 3 seconds to control the LED backlight.
- Press the Power Button to turn off the flame effect.

- Do not place it near a bed.
- Keep items at least 3 feet away from the heater.
- Do not cover the heater or insert foreign objects in the heater.
