If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs. (We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)

However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If we need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods.

On the whole good product for the cost. Small scuff on one of the panels at the front which is a shame but fit together easily although instruction pictures could have been a little clearer. It is a little noisy when on from the fan distributing the heat but it isn't too bad and the flame affect is very nice

Lovely once it's all built up together few dodgy screws and parts numbered incorrectly but got there in the end
