However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If we need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods.

I can't really review the product as when it was delivered it was just left laying on the garden path in the rain and then was stolen and I'm still waiting to hear about a refund as I had to buy another from a shop to finish off the project
We have bought the 40” black fire and have fit it into a purpose built recess hole in a media wall. The instructions were clear and the fire was easy to fit
There are different heat settings and oodles of settings to change the flame and the colour … amazing, highly recommend
Really fast delivery. Very easy to install and looks great. Haven’t tried the heater part yet but the flame effect is very good.

I went for the crystals as plastic logs - well - they’re plastic logs.
This fire offers lots of options and has a lovely glow. The flame effect is v good. And the heat output excellent. Easy to use remote. But the screws for the side panel should be black !
