Parcel arrived in good condition but, on opening, some of the contents were damaged. Online help was ok and required photos of damaged parts. After several days an email asked for a video of the construction process. As this was, of course, not attempted I suggested a refund might be appropriate. No further response as yet.
Bit of a hassle putting it together but all good in the end. We got all our garden furniture cushions in without any problems. I like it because I believe it's Rodent proof.
Can't really review the actual shed as only one part of 2 actually arrived 3 days ago and I'm still waiting on the second part.
Not a great start
Initial order was out of stock due to a warehouse error so offered next size up which was good. However the quality of the shed is extremely poor, very flimsy and doesn't connect or align properly so gaps all over. Refund requested.
