The box was damaged with ahole in it so the essential screws etc were all missing. trying to get customer services to resolve the issue but it is taking forever. Now left with a parasol that i canโt assemble or use. Very unhappy
What a beautiful fire place. I haven't used it much yet, but i love how it looks. Those flames are so relaxing and it seems to heat up the room fast. Definetly value for money.
